First part of Bypass Planning Meeting!
Second planning application for the Southern Link Road (the first part of a bypass)
On Thursday 27 September at 2.30pm Herefordshire Council's Planning Committee meet at the Shire Hall to consider approval of various access sites close to the proposed route of the already approved Southern Link Road (between the A49 Ross Road and the A465 Abergavenny Road). Some of us have made various objections and will be there to watch. Can approval of this planning application be made without a key Woodland Trust objection, without a Habitats Regulation Assessment (as requested by Natural England, but not listed in the representation documents), and without an Environmental Impact Assessment (that only seems to have been requested by the Council last Friday)?
See Agenda for this meeting here: http://councillors.herefordshire.gov.uk/ieListDocuments.aspx?CId=264&MId=6995&Ver=4
Why is the objection from the Woodland Trust still not listed with other objections on the public Council website for this Planning Application P182314? See
